At DUi Tuak, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality Tuak and related products to our customers. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for requesting refunds.

General Conditions
- All sales are final. Due to the nature of our Products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the Product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective Product, you are eligible for a replacement or a refund. To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the Product.
- Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect along with your notification. Send this information to vivienna.alfred@duituak.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Refund Process
- Once we receive your notification and confirm the damage or defect, we will process your refund or send a replacement at our discretion.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- If a replacement is preferred and available, it will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

- We do not offer refunds for the following situations:
- Change of mind after the purchase.
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
- Any issues reported outside the 7 days window from the delivery date.

Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at vivienna.alfred@duituak.com. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our Refund Policy will apply.
